Refund Policy for Sait

All payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

Because Sait provides immediate access to high-value digital content and server-side AI evaluation engines, our refund policy is strictly conditional:

1. Eligibility Window: Users may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial transaction date.
2. The Consumption Clause:To prevent system abuse, refunds are only applicable if the user has NOT accessed premium preparation features. If you have generated an AI question explanation, completed a premium mock exam section, or utilized score-tracking metrics, the service is officially deemed "consumed."
3. Finality: Once premium digital performance has begun with your consent, you waive your right to a refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any exact moment. Upon cancellation, you will retain full premium dashboard access until your current billing cycle expires, and no future charges will be made.
