Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sait, a digital SAT preparation service. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sait. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans ("Pro Mastery") are billed on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Prices, billing intervals, and taxes are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account access or resell platform content.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
  • Use the service to cheat on official College Board examinations.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual property

Sait, its interface, question banks, AI outputs, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own SAT preparation.

Disclaimer

Sait is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or admission outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sait shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
